Are your products plastic-free?
Our acacia wood utensils and boards, glass storage with bamboo lids, stainless steel lunch box and copper bottle have no plastic lining or coating. Our breakfast tools are different: the microwave egg poacher is made from food-grade PP, which is BPA-free.
How much is shipping?
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. UK orders arrive within 5–10 business days, and orders to Australia and New Zealand within 5–7 business days. Every order is tracked.

What is your return policy?

How do I care for acacia wood?
Hand wash with warm water and a little mild washing-up liquid, then dry straight away. Don't soak it or put it in the dishwasher.
Can the glass containers go in the oven?
Yes. The borosilicate glass is microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer safe. Take the bamboo lid off before heating.
Does the egg poacher work with my microwave?
Yes. It works with all standard microwave ovens, whatever the brand or power — 700W, 800W, 900W and above.
